Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • All regular orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Custom or personalized products may require 4–7 working days for processing before dispatch.

📦 Our warehouse dispatches orders Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.

  • 📍 For North-Eastern states and remote regions, delivery may take up to 15 working days.

Important Order Guidelines

  • Once your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. This includes:

    • ❌ No cancellation

    • ❌ No product changes

    • ❌ No additions

    • ❌ No change or application of coupon codes

Product Unavailability or Delays

If an item in your order becomes unavailable or faces unexpected delays, our team will reach out to you within 1–2 working days via call or message to inform you about the situation and provide further guidance.

RTO (Return to Origin) – Customer Responsibility

If a shipment is returned due to an error on the customer’s part, the customer will be liable to pay:

  • Return (RTO) charges

  • Re-shipping charges

This includes reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Not answering courier/vendor calls

  • Unavailability at the time of delivery

❌ Order cancellation will not be accepted in such cases.

Disputed Delivery Status

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours by emailing us at

    Include your Order ID in the message.

⏳ Failure to report within 24 hours will make you ineligible for a refund or support regarding the claim.

Shipping Weight Limit

  • The shipping charges displayed during checkout are applicable for orders up to 25 kg.

  • If your order exceeds this weight, our team will contact you to inform you of any additional shipping charges that may apply.
