Product Unavailability or Delays
If an item in your order becomes unavailable or faces unexpected delays, our team will reach out to you within 1–2 working days via call or message to inform you about the situation and provide further guidance.
RTO (Return to Origin) – Customer Responsibility
If a shipment is returned due to an error on the customer’s part, the customer will be liable to pay:

This includes reasons such as:

Not answering courier/vendor calls

Unavailability at the time of delivery

Disputed Delivery Status
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

⏳ Failure to report within 24 hours will make you ineligible for a refund or support regarding the claim.
Shipping Weight Limit
